The 1st IBBI NLUO Essay Writing Competition, organized by the Centre for Banking and Insurance Laws (CBIL) at National Law University Odisha (NLUO), in partnership with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), was a resounding success. This prestigious event provided a platform for students to demonstrate their legal acumen and engage in scholarly discourse on the topic “Balancing Interest of Stakeholders: Individuals, Institutions, and Establishments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016“.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various programs at NLUO. The submissions were evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges, who meticulously reviewed each entry to select the winners.
